As Interim President of Coril, Mike is leading the next chapter of the fourth-generation family enterprise by aligning purpose, culture, and strategy to deliver enduring value. With two decades of experience across Coril’s and other businesses, Mike brings a rare combination of family business knowledge, institutional capability, and an entrepreneurial perspective to his leadership.

Before assuming this role, Mike was the Founding Partner of Band Capital Partners, where he built and led the firm’s Corporate Venture Platform. There, he focused on integrating emerging ventures with enterprise strategy, driven by his belief that stable businesses and entrepreneurialism underpin societal prosperity.

Mike serves on the boards of Coril, Loram Maintenance of Way, and Endeavor Canada. His background spans corporate finance, private and public capital markets, real estate investment and development, and corporate innovation strategy, with operating experience across multiple geographies.
