As President of Coril, Mike is leading the next chapter of the fourth-generation family enterprise by aligning purpose, culture, and strategy to advance prosperity. He is a builder, leveraging a unique combination of family business expertise, operational experience, network, and entrepreneurial drive.

Mike previously served as the Founding Partner of Band Capital Partners, where he built and led Canada’s first third-party corporate venture asset management platform. Band invested in and integrated emerging ventures with enterprise strategies, driven by a belief that adaptable businesses and robust entrepreneurialism underpin societal longevity.

Mike also serves on the boards of Coril, Loram Maintenance of Way, and Endeavor Canada. His background spans corporate finance, private and public capital markets, real estate investment and development, and corporate innovation, with investing and operating experience across multiple geographies.
