Bio
Stephen B. Mannix is Executive Chair of Coril Holdings Ltd. and responsible for overall strategic direction of the Coril Group and leadership of the Board. He is a Director of Loram Holdings Inc. and two of its international subsidiaries.
From 2018 to 2025, Stephen was the inaugural Managing Director of Loram Pty Ltd., where he headed a major acquisition and its integration, then led the team in significant organic growth in Australia and expansion into the broader Asia Pacific region. A proponent of the rail industry, Stephen serves as a Director of the TrackSafe Foundation, an Australian charity working to prevent harms on the rail network.
Stephen was previously Executive Managing Director at Triovest Capital, where he developed and executed principal investment strategies aimed at delivering superior returns in Canadian real estate for Triovest and its partners. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Triovest’s predecessor, he oversaw the growth of a commercial real estate portfolio in collaboration with strategic partners and co-led the 2016 unification of Coril’s real estate entities under the Triovest banner. He served on the Board of Triovest Inc. and its predecessor for a decade until its successful divestiture to Colliers in 2025.
Stephen is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta and began his career practicing law in the financial services group of a leading Canadian firm. He has lived and worked in three countries and several cities, and his professional experience spans the rail, real estate, investment management, energy, construction, and agriculture sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calgary.
